The guys at Jim Whaley in Troy truly rescued us today. We were 2 hours in to a 6 hour trip pulling our 42’ RV when we had a tire problem on our GMC 3500. The guys were so helpful and got right on it. We were only there for about 30 minutes total. They were angels sent today. Thanks so much!

I submitted a review a few days ago, not a good one, but they have since resolved all my issues. All have been very good to express their appologies and see that all was taken care of. My thanks to all who have given in this matter their attention. I now have confidence that if I need their service again there will be no problem.This was at the Eufaula location. ALL IS GOOD

I had a blowout on my way to Eufala not being from the area I had no idea who to call. I found Jim Whaley tires on the internet and saw the good reviews. I decided to give them a call and got the sales manager on the phone. He told me he would have a tire and for me to come on in. I was in and out in about an hour. The customer service here is excellent. I would definitely recommend this business.
