I had a blowout on my way to Eufala not being from the area I had no idea who to call. I found Jim Whaley tires on the internet and saw the good reviews. I decided to give them a call and got the sales manager on the phone. He told me he would have a tire and for me to come on in. I was in and out in about an hour. The customer service here is excellent. I would definitely recommend this business.

Everyone at this location are the best! Best customer service in the USA ! They get the job done and never do anything to your vechicle unless they discuss it with you first! I love these guys and would never let anyone else work on my truck! Thanks guys! You’re the best!!!

I took my car to the 1161 Geneva Highway Enterprise store and I talked to the Store Manager David McKnight. He went above to make sure he done everything I needed done. He is a top notch manager and a great customer service person!!!!! You all are blessed to have David on your team!

Traveling through the area and staying at Florence Marina we had a slow leak. Called after 3PM and said we could be there by 4PM. Patrick said no problem, arrived and in 30 minutes they had us back on the road minus one nail. Nice waiting area available, reasonable repair charge and everyone was very nice. Highly recommend.

Very friendly, nice people. They put tires on my daughter's car in record time, and it rides as smooth as silk. Great value too. Highly recommended !
